If you no longer have access to the mobile app, use this page to request deletion of your account data.
How to request deletion
- Email your request to support@swiftkeja.com from your account email.
- Use the subject line: Delete My SwiftKeja Account.
- Include your full name and phone number for identity verification.
We process verified deletion requests within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Profile details such as name, phone number, and avatar.
- Application login and session access.
- Other personal identifiers where legally permitted.
Some financial records may be retained to comply with legal and tax obligations.
